Pizzas bought from takeaway pizza joints and parlors are definitely not healthy however; it is possible to make healthy pizza at home that are devoid of saturated fats and loaded with healthy contents and vegetables. If you are planning to make a perfectly healthy pizza at home, you must use whole-wheat dough. You can buy readymade whole-wheat pizza breads that are available at majority of the supermarkets. Check the contents on the label before buying readymade pizza bread.






















You can even make wholewheat pizza bread at home, if you have a good baking dish and a microwave oven at your home. To make the pizza healthier, you should use mozzarella instead of regular cheese, which contains high amount of saturated fats and thus increase blood cholesterol.
